About SVLHA - General Information
Sugar Valley Lakes Homes Association was formed in Kansas on November 30, 1973. The name was forfeited in 2005 for failing to timely file a Not For Profit Corporation Change of Registered Office or Agent and/or a Not For Profit Corporation Annual Report, and the current existing name of Sugar Valley Lakes Homes Assoc, Inc. was registered, and our Corporate status was restored.
Sugar Valley Lakes Homes Assoc, Inc. (previously Sugar Valley Lakes Homes Association) is a State of Kansas non-profit corporation. It is an agency created by the developers to preserve the values and amenities of Sugar Valley Lakes - Hidden Valley Lakes, to maintain and administer the community properties and facilities, to administer and enforce the covenants and restrictions, and to collect and disburse the assessments and charges of SVL - HVL.
The Sugar Valley Lakes Homes Assoc, Inc. (previously Sugar Valley Lakes Homes Association) membership includes the property owners of Sugar Valley, and of Hidden Valley Lakes, whose own Homes Association merged with Sugar Valley Lakes Homes Assoc, Inc. (previously Sugar Valley Lakes Homes Association) shortly after the creation of both communities.
